Ingredients

  • 397g Tin Condensed Milk
  • 600g White Chocolate
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 14 Gold Bars

Method

  1. Line a 24cm square tin with baking paper.
  2. Put the condensed milk, white chocolate and vanilla extract in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring until combined.
  3. Once fully combined, take off the heat.
  4. Cut up half of the gold bars and stir into the mixture.
  5. Spoon into the tin and flatten evenly.
  6. Decide how many slices you want and press a whole or half gold bar into each portion — this way when you cut, every slice has a solid piece of gold bar running through it.
  7. Refrigerate until set, then cut into slices and serve.
