- 397g Tin Condensed Milk
- 600g White Chocolate
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 14 Gold Bars
Method
- Line a 24cm square tin with baking paper.
- Put the condensed milk, white chocolate and vanilla extract in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring until combined.
- Once fully combined, take off the heat.
- Cut up half of the gold bars and stir into the mixture.
- Spoon into the tin and flatten evenly.
- Decide how many slices you want and press a whole or half gold bar into each portion — this way when you cut, every slice has a solid piece of gold bar running through it.
- Refrigerate until set, then cut into slices and serve.
